Applications are herby invited from the citizens of Sri Lanka, for the following posts lying vacant in the Ceylon Fisheries Corporation.
Finance Manager – Special Grade
Qualifications and Experience:
- Associate Member of Institute of Charted Accountants or Charted Institute of Management Accountants or association of Charted certified Accountants with 05 years experience in a Government Department State Corporation or reputed private organization as an accountant and at least 02 years, out of the said 05 years, should be in a Senior Executive post such as a Finance Manager/ Chief Accountant.
Or
- Business Administration / Public Administration / B.Com. degree obtained from a recognized university with 10 years experience as an Accountant in a Government Department, State Corporation or reputed private organization and at least 05 years out of the said 10 years should be in a senior Executive Post such as a Finance Manager / Chief Accountant.
Transport facilities will be provided for the post of Finance Manager and other privileges ill be negotiable.
Refrigeration and Electrical Engineer – Grade 1
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science Engineering (Electrical) Degree / Bachelor of Science Engineering (Mechanical) Degree with 05 years experience as an Electrical Engineer in a government department or corporation or in a reputed private organization and at least 3 years out of the said 5 years should be in Executive Level.
Or
- National Diploma in Technology (NDT) Certificate with 15 years experience in a government department, corporation or reputed private organization as an Electrical / Mechanical Engineer and 05 years out of the said 15 years hold be in a Senior Executive Level.
Salary Scale and Grade
Special Grade and Grade I (Executive)

Will be placed on suitable salary point (step) according to qualifications.
Other Benefits:-
- Employees’ Contribution to the Employees’ Provident Fund is 10% and that the Corporation is 15%.
- The Corporation will credit a further 3% to the Employees’ Trust Fund.
- Annual Bonus payment will be as per the government circulars.
General Conditions:
- Age Limit
The age of candidate should not be more than 45 years. This age limit will not affect the candidates employed in the government or state Corporations.
